She began her career as an Early Childhood Teacher before progressing into leadership roles as Centre Manager, Area Manager, and ultimately Approved Provider, overseeing multiple services in Queensland and Victoria.
• Rabia holds a Master’s in Educational Leadership and Management and a Master of Teaching (Early Childhood) from Australia, equipping her with both academic expertise and practical insight.

Kamran is an accomplished business and operations professional with extensive experience in financial management, operations, and business strategy. Over his career, he has overseen and supported organisations to achieve growth while maintaining compliance and accountability.
